March 29th Weekly Meal Prep

One bowl. One dish. That's the theme this week and honestly, it might be my favorite way to prep. Everything comes together simply, cleans up fast, and keeps the fridge stocked with real food all week long. No complicated steps, no mountain of dishes. Just good food ready when you need it.

Here's what's in our fridge this week!

What We're Making This Week-

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Creamy, chocolatey, and made the night before with real ingredients. It feels like dessert for breakfast, which is exactly why the kids eat it without complaint. Perfect for mornings or a quick afternoon snack.

Egg Salad Simple, protein-packed, and ready to scoop onto bread, crackers, or lettuce all week long. This is one of those things that takes ten minutes to make and earns its keep every single day.

Smoothie Drinkables Blended, portioned, and ready to grab straight from the fridge. Real fruit, real ingredients, no powder, no fuss. Great for busy mornings when sitting down isn't happening.

Granola Bars Homemade granola bars that are chewy, satisfying, and way better than anything in a wrapper. This recipe is an exclusive inside Handbook to Homemade / The Kitchen collective and once you make them yourself, you won't go back.

Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bites Frozen, two-bite little treats made with real yogurt and fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate. They live in the freezer and disappear fast. Dessert, snack, or honestly whenever.

Snack Packs The secret weapon of a well-prepped fridge. I put together two this week:

Apples + Peanut Butter Dip - classic for a reason

Grapes + Beef Sticks / Cheese Cubes -— a little sweet, a little savory, totally grab-and-go

Having these portioned and ready means nobody's tearing through the pantry at 3pm.

Washed Berries The most underrated prep move there is. Wash them, dry them, store them and suddenly fruit actually gets eaten. We go through these faster than anything else in the fridge.
