March 1st Weekly Meal Prep

I used to think the hardest part of feeding a family well was the cooking. Turns out it's the deciding. What's for breakfast? What can they grab for a snack? What's happening for dinner when it's already 5:30 and everyone is hovering? That mental load is what wears you down, not the actual time in the kitchen.
Meal prep doesn't just save time. It eliminates the question. The answer is already in the fridge.
This week I made six things that cover us from breakfast straight through dessert with real ingredients, no mystery additives, and nothing that requires more than a quick reheat when life is moving fast. Here's what's in our fridge this week!
What We're Making This Week-
Breakfast Crunch Wraps Everything you love about a diner breakfast, wrapped up and ready to grab on your way out the door. I make a big batch of these, wrap them individually, and stash them in the fridge so mornings are handled before the chaos even starts. Eggs, cheese, all of it!
Strawberry Bars ⭐️ These are an exclusive recipe from my books and the Kitchen Collective, and they are so good. A buttery base, real strawberry filling, and nothing on the ingredient list you'd have to Google. I cut these into bars and kept them in the fridge all week for dessert, a sweet snack, or honestly — breakfast. No judgment.
Marry Me Chicken Soup The name says it all. This is the kind of soup that makes people stop and ask what's in it. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I prepped a big pot and portioned it into easy to heat cups.
Brownie Batter Overnight Oats Dessert for breakfast that's actually good for you. These come together in minutes the night before and are waiting in the fridge when you wake up. The kids think they're getting away with something. (they kind of are)
White Sandwich Bread Two loaves, made from five real ingredients, and enough to carry us through a full week of lunches and toast. Store-bought bread runs $4–6 a loaf!
Cookie Dough Cups Chocolate shell, real cookie dough filling, stashed in the freezer. These are the treat that disappears fastest around here. Lunch box, after-dinner snack, or a little reward for making it through the week, they do it all without a single ingredient you can't pronounce.5
