March 15th Weekly Meal Prep

I used to think a good week started with good intentions. But intentions don't feed anyone at 7am when the morning is already unraveling. What actually saves the week is a fridge that's already done the work for you.
This week I leaned into real food, fresh flavors, and the kind of variety that keeps everyone from complaining they're bored by Thursday. Fruits, veggies, protein, a little something sweet!
Here's what's in our fridge this week!
What We're Making This Week-
Chia Seed Pudding Creamy, fruit-loaded, and assembled in minutes the night before. It feels like a treat but it's genuinely nourishing — which is the best kind of win. Perfect for breakfast or a quick afternoon snack.
White Sandwich Bread Two loaves, made from five real ingredients, and enough to carry us through a full week of lunches and toast. Store-bought bread runs $4–6 a loaf!
Ham and Cheese Roll Ups These are one of our favorite takes on my pinwheels, we love them with pizza, breakfast, and ham and cheese! Delicious, homemade dough with ham and cheese topped with butter!
Homemade Chocolate Pudding Cups Real ingredients, real chocolate flavor, and no unecessary Ingredients. These are portioned and chilled all week for dessert or whenever someone needs a little something sweet.
French Toast Sticks All the cozy breakfast vibes with none of the morning chaos. I make a big batch, stash them in the fridge, and they reheat in minutes. The kids think it's a special treat. It's just Tuesday.
Egg Roll in a Bowl Everything you love about takeout, made at home in one pan with real, recognizable ingredients. This is a simple staple lunch that takes 10 minutes to throw together.
Stuffed Biscuits A handheld breakfast situation that is dangerous to have in your fridge because they go fast. Fluffy, homemade biscuits stuffed with a savory filling! The homemade biscuit dough is an exclusive recipe inside my Kitchen Collective, and it is makes the meal!
Boiled Eggs The most underrated meal prep item in existence. Grab-and-go protein that works for every single meal of the day. We go through these faster than anything else in the fridge.
