This week's menu is one of those lineups that just works! A little something for everyone, nothing crazy complicated, and a whole lot of flavor. We're starting Monday off strong with cilantro lime chicken and coconut rice, moving into an easy crockpot pasta night, sheet pan nachos midweek when everyone needs a win, teriyaki chicken with homemade fried rice, Friday pizza night, and finishing the week out with smash burger tacos that are going to become a regular request at your table! These are the kinds of meals that feel special and most of them can be mostly prepped ahead so your evenings actually stay calm. If you've been in a dinner rut or just need someone to hand you a plan and say here, just cook this . . . this is your week.
