3/9-3/15 On the Menu

Can we just take a second to acknowledge... we are almost to spring. Like, officially. The days are getting longer, there's a little more light coming through the windows, and I don't know about you but that alone has me feeling like a new person.
If you're new here, welcome! Every Saturday I drop a weekly dinner plan so you can shop this weekend and walk into Monday with a strategy. No more staring into the fridge at 5pm wondering how it's possible that you just went to the grocery store and there's still nothing to make for dinner.
One of my favorite things about actually following a meal plan is how much money it saves you at the store. When you shop with a purpose, you buy exactly what you need and you actually use it. No more wilting produce in the back of the drawer, no more half-used cans of something you can't remember buying, and no more defaulting to takeout because nothing came together the way you hoped. Every ingredient on this week's list has a job, and by Sunday you'll have used it. That's real savings, week after week.
Let's get into the menu. This week is a good one!
