Can we just take a moment to appreciate that it is finally starting to feel like actual spring out there? The warmer weather has been such a breath of fresh air, and honestly, it has me feeling a little more motivated in every area of life. We are also somehow already a full quarter of the way through 2026, which is both wild and a little convicting. How is your year going? Are you hitting your stride, or does it feel like January was just last week? Either way, there is no better time to reset and recommit to the things that matter and for a lot of us, that starts with getting back to the dinner table.


That is always where I come back to the dinner plan. Not because I have it all together (trust me, I do not) but because having even a loose plan for the week is the single thing that has made the biggest difference in our home. It means I am not standing in front of the fridge at 5pm completely blank, and it means my family sits down to a real, homemade meal almost every single night. That matters to me. And if you are here, it probably matters to you too. So let's make this week a good one.
