I'm so excited to share this week's meal plan with you! If you're new around here, welcome! And if you've been following along, you know how much I believe in the power of having a plan. It doesn't have to be fancy or complicated — just knowing what's for dinner can save you so much stress (and money!).
One thing that's made a huge difference for me is doing a single bigger prep session before the week starts. When I knock out all my breads, chop my veggies, and do what I can ahead of time, the actual cooking each night takes half the time. It turns what could feel like an overwhelming week of scratch cooking into something that genuinely feels doable — even with five kids and a full schedule. I share below some of the ways you can save time for this week!
This week's menu is packed with family favorites — smothered burritos dripping with homemade queso, juicy cheeseburger sliders on fresh-baked buns, a crockpot alfredo that practically makes itself, and a nicer family style Saturday night dinner! We've got comfort food covered from every angle, and I'm even including a make-ahead guide so your weeknights run as smoothly as possible.
