Happy Saturday! I hope your morning is slow and your coffee is hot. If you're new here — welcome, I am so glad you found this place. Every Saturday I sit down and share the week's dinner plan so you can shop this weekend and completely eliminate that 5 o'clock panic that hits when you have no idea what's for dinner. That feeling is optional, and I'm here to help you skip it entirely.
This week I am especially excited about what's on the menu. We're starting Monday strong with broccoli beef and rice, moving into a gorgeous slow-roasted rotisserie chicken night with scalloped potatoes and Brussels sprouts, and finishing the week with a big cozy pot of chicken and dumplings on Sunday that the whole family is going to love.
