This week feels like we're entering into the thick of the holiday season—the house is buzzing with excited kids, there are gifts to wrap, activities to attend, and somehow it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day. But in the middle of all this beautiful chaos, I'm reminding myself (and you!) that the dinner table is where we get to pause. Even if it's just for thirty minutes, even if the meal is simple, showing up together matters more than everything being perfect. So this week's menu is full of comforting, nourishing meals that don't require me to spend hours in the kitchen—because the goal isn't just to feed our people, it's to actually sit down with them. Let's make space for the conversations, the laughter, and the slow moments that make this season truly special.
