  • We accept returns within 14 days of your shipped date. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

    Eligible Returns

    • Recipe books in new, unused condition
    • Books with original packaging (if applicable)
    • Items free from writing, highlighting, food stains, or other damage

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Digital/downloadable recipe books
    • Books damaged by normal wear and use
    • Items returned after the 14-day window
    • Books with missing pages or components

    Return Process

    • Contact Us First: Email us at info@thankfulhomemaking.com with your order number and reason for return
    • Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
    • Package Securely: Pack the item(s) in original packaging when possible to prevent damage during transit
    • Include Documentation: Place the RMA number and a copy of your receipt inside the package

    Shipping Responsibility

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our facility
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
    • Refund amount excludes original shipping charges

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • Provide photos of the damage
    • We will provide a prepaid return label
