We accept returns within 14 days of your shipped date. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Eligible Returns
- Recipe books in new, unused condition
- Books with original packaging (if applicable)
- Items free from writing, highlighting, food stains, or other damage
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital/downloadable recipe books
- Books damaged by normal wear and use
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Books with missing pages or components
Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email us at info@thankfulhomemaking.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package Securely: Pack the item(s) in original packaging when possible to prevent damage during transit
- Include Documentation: Place the RMA number and a copy of your receipt inside the package
Shipping Responsibility
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our facility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refund amount excludes original shipping charges
- Items must pass inspection to qualify for full refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective recipe book:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
