1/13 Weekly Prep Recipes

Sunday meal prep isn't just helpful—it's essential for our family! It keeps our weeks running smoother and helps minimize the time spent in the kitchen! One of the game-changers has been investing in quality storage containers for our produce. No more finding sad, mushy strawberries hidden in the back of the fridge! By properly storing our fruits in ventilated containers, we've doubled their shelf life, which means fewer grocery runs and less food waste. Plus, having fresh fruit readily available means its easier to grab during the week!


The MVP of our prep this week? A crockpot full of chicken breasts simmering away while I tackled other prep tasks. Once shredded, this chicken becomes the foundation for quick dinners throughout the week - from buffalo chicken wraps to quick chicken enchiladas, tossed into a Caesar salad, or our favorite pasta dish! Having this protein ready to go has saved us from the drive-through on more hectic evenings than I can count.
